1. Individual / Portfolio License

Permitted Use: Personal, educational, or self-promotion purposes (not for client commissions or commercial products).

Allowed:

  • Personal projects, portfolios, and presentations

  • Organic (non-paid) social media sharing

  • Paid advertising for your own portfolio or self-promotional work

  • Use of finalized (flattened), non-editable images only

Not Allowed:

  • Fulfilling client work or paid commissions

  • Selling or redistributing the files

  • Using the mockup as a standalone product or as the primary value of a paid offer

Example: Showcasing your designs on your personal portfolio website or promoting your own work on social media, including boosted (advertised) posts.



2. Commercial License

Permitted Use: For commercial purposes by individuals or small businesses (up to 5 employees), for a single brand or end-client.

Allowed:

  • Client projects

  • Product visualizations, advertisements, and promotions

  • Paid social media advertising and influencer collaborations

  • Use in digital and print materials

  • Use of finalized (flattened), non-editable images only

Not Allowed:

  • Sharing editable files

  • Reselling or redistributing mockups as a digital resource

  • Use for multiple brands or multiple end-clients without an extended license

Example: A small business uses the mockup for advertisements, packaging mockups, website images, and promotional materials for a single brand.


3. Extended License

Permitted Use: For agencies, studios, or businesses whose workflow requires extensive, ongoing, multi-client, or resale-related use.

Allowed:

  • All commercial uses

  • Unlimited client projects and campaigns

  • Creation of products for resale (e.g., templates, merchandise, marketing packs), using finalized (flattened) mockups only

  • Unlimited advertisements, promotions, and print materials

  • Use in applications or software, provided the mockup cannot be extracted

Not Allowed:

  • Reselling or redistributing editable files

  • Selling the assets as a standalone mockup or as a competing mockup product

Example: A design agency uses the mockups for multiple clients, various campaigns, international advertisements, and the creation of commercial product packages.
