Refund policy

All products sold by Mockiste are delivered in digital format (for example, downloadable PSD mockups). 
As these are non-tangible goods, they are not eligible for traditional returns. 

By completing your purchase and downloading the files, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase once the digital content has been delivered, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Refund Conditions 

Digital product purchases are non-refundable once the download has started or the files have been delivered. 

Exceptions may apply in the following cases: 

The download failed due to a technical issue; or 

The file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described.

Defective or Corrupted Files 

If a file is proven to be defective, damaged, or does not match the description, we will offer one of the following: 

a new download link, 

a replacement file, or 

a partial or full refund, depending on the situation. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Exception for digital products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (such as downloadable files and design assets) if you have expressly consented before the download or access begins that you lose your right of withdrawal, and acknowledged this before completing your purchase.
